This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Irayo Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (the parent company owning the ‘Niswey’ brand) collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User”) of the Niswey website (“Site”) (https://www.niswey.com). This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by Irayo Technologies Pvt. Ltd, and all assets, apps and others listed in the HubSpot ecosystem under the name of Niswey ("Products"), and adheres to data regulations such as GDPR. Currently, the products offered by Niswey are HubSpot+WhatsApp, WhatsApp Automation, NisWire, LitePics, Netcore SMS for HubSpot, HubSpot CMS themes, and HubSpot Templates.
