This role is crucial in developing and executing strategies that will significantly increase our user base and revenue. You'll have the opportunity to leverage data, analytics, and innovative tactics to optimize every stage of the customer journey, from acquisition to retention.

Responsibilities of a Growth Marketer:

  • Develop and implement tailored marketing strategies to rapidly grow the user base and revenue.
  • Focus on the entire customer journey, from acquisition to retention and expansion. Take ownership of acquisition.
  • Use data and analytics to identify growth opportunities and measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Perform A/B testing and other experiments to optimize marketing tactics.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to implement growth strategies.
  • Optimize conversion rates, improve user engagement, and increase customer lifetime value (LTV).
  • Use innovative and unconventional tactics (growth hacking) to achieve rapid results.

 

 

Growth Marketing Manager Skills Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing with 2+ years in a growth marketing role or similar.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
  • Understanding of the entire customer lifecycle and funnel optimization.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write short-form content. Ability to write long-form content is good to have.
  • Strong experience with B2B marketing and ability to handle marketing budgets effectively.
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns and other paid advertising platforms.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically to drive growth.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills.
  • Creativity and innovation in problem-solving.
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation.
  • Knowledge of growth hacking techniques.
  • Experience and familiarity working with HubSpot.
  • Experience in the SaaS industry, familiar with the unique challenges and opportunities it presents.
