- How can I access the User and Role feature?
- Go to any HubSpot contact.
- Navigate to the Vira CRM card.
- Click on "Dashboard."
- Open the menu and find the "User and Roles" action item.
- How many admins can there be?
- There is only one admin per account.
- Can the admin be changed?
- No, the admin cannot be changed directly.
- To change the admin, a support ticket must be raised.
- How can an admin add a new user?
- Click the "Add User" button.
- Enter the user’s email.
- Set their permissions.
- Can an admin grant dashboard access without permissions?
- Yes, an admin can grant Vira dashboard access to any user.
- By default, the user will only be able to see the "Accounts" tab, while all other sections remain locked.
- Can a user request dashboard access?
- Yes, a user can request access by clicking the "Request Access" button under the Vira CRM card.
