What is Flow Mapping in Vira and how do I use it in Vira?

Flow Mapping is a feature in Vira that allows you to map form fields from WhatsApp forms directly to HubSpot properties. This ensures seamless integration and automatic updates of captured data within your CRM.

Follow these steps:

1. Open the Flow Mapping Section:
   Access the Flow Mapping feature in the Vira dashboard.
2. Select a Pre-Approved Form Template:
   Choose a pre-approved form template from Meta that you’ve created for WhatsApp.
3. Map Form Fields to HubSpot Properties:
   • Map each field from the Meta form template to the corresponding HubSpot property.
   • Ensure the HubSpot property you’ve created matches the form fields for accurate data syncing.
4. Save the Mapping:
   Click Save to finalize your mappings.
5. Test the Mapping:
