What do I need to set up a campaign?

• You need to create a WhatsApp message template on Meta or Vira Dashboard > Templates and get it approved.
• Once the template is approved, you can view it in the dropdown menu in Vira while setting up the campaign.
• Select a HubSpot list (pre-created on HubSpot) to target your audience for the campaign.
