- Messages are not synced in App dashboard
I logged out of my HubSpot+WhatsApp Integration account and now it is not syncing with HubSpot.
- Refresh your HubSpot page
- Sync/log in using the tool’s Google Chrome extension.
- Select your WhatsApp phone number in the pop-up to sync your HubSpot with WhatsApp.
- Wait for the page to refresh then click on the Google Chrome extension and select ‘Dashboard’ to continue using the tool.
