Check in the Settings tab of your HubSpot+WhatsApp Integration Dashboard if the ‘Notifications for incoming messages’ setting is enabled. If not, enable it and:
- Enable Browser Notifications in Google Chrome Settings
- Enable Desktop Notifications in your device’s Settings Application
After giving permission to both Google Chrome browser and your device, you will be able to receive HubSpot+WhatsApp Integration notifications on your desktop.
