- Messages are not synced in App dashboard
HubSpot+WhatsApp Integration isn’t allowing me access to the synced WhatsApp account.
HubSpot+WhatsApp Integration can only be used when the WhatsApp number is not being accessed using WhatsApp Web on any device. The ‘Account’ tab of the Dashboard shows a pop-up message indicating the conflict in such a case.
To use WhatsApp from HubSpot+WhatsApp Integration, click on the ‘Use Here’ button in the pop-up message, or:
- Log out of WhatsApp Web from all devices
- Refresh HubSpot
- Log in to your HubSpot+WhatsApp Integration account through the Google Chrome extension
- Start using WhatsApp through HubSpot+WhatsApp Integration
