      How to send auto-replies based on WhatsApp keywords

      Create contact-based workflow
      • To set up the trigger: Find Vira > Message Received > Message > Contains any off

      You can set up keywords like; Buy, purchase, interested


      Once you set up the trigger:

      • Put action (Vira - WhatsApp Automation) > Select Message Type (Media/Text)
      • Select number, template, and params if any > Save > Turn on workflow
