      How to send a template message from the Vira dashboard?

      To send a template message:

      1. Open the Vira dashboard from the contact's CRM card.
      2. Select the contact you want to send the template message to.
      3. Click on the "Template" option in the top right corner.
      4. Select the desired template.
      5. Define the parameters.
      6. Click Send.
