      How to add new contacts on HubSpot when a message is received

      • 1. You can turn on "Auto-Contact Creation" from the Vira dashboard
        Open the Vira dashboard from the Contact CRM card
        Click on the hamburger menu on the top right
        Go to settings > Turn on "New Contact" > Save
      • 2. If you've turned off the "Auto-Contact Creation"
        Open Vira dashboard
        Every new message will be on top of the dashboard
        Find the plus icon > Click on the icon > Add to your HubSpot
