Group Conversations not getting synced to the Contacts Activity Timeline.

  • Group Conversation Sync is not available for Starter Plan users.
  • All group conversations shall show up only the HS Contact CRM card by deafault.
  • The above feature is available only for Standard users.
  • However, no conversation will sync to HS until and unless a message is sent in the Telegram Group from HS CRM card.
  • The above feature is available only for Professional Plan users.
  • For users with Professional Plan, on initiating a chat in the Group from HS CRM card, a new HS Contact is created for the Group with the Group Name.
  • Group Conversations can be initiated from the HS Contact (of the Group) CRM card
