Conversations not getting synced to the Contacts Activity Timeline.

  • All one-on-one conversations with the Telegram Contact will start to sync in the HS Contact Timeline after NisWire is installed and auto-contact creation is on.
  • If auto-contact creation is on, the conversations will start to sync on both receiving any message on Telegram, or chat is initiated from the HubSpot CRM card.
  • If auto-contact creation is off, the conversation shall start to sync only for the contacts, with whom the chat was initiated from the HubSpot CRM card.
  • Any historical conversation can be viewed from the CRM card.
