All about user management, billing, subscription management

  1. Open any contact in HubSpot
  2. On the right side CRM card click on the settings
  3. In the "Settings" tab, you will find four options:
        - User Management
        - Billing
        - Subscription Management
        - Help and Support

   1.  User Management:-
       A. Under "User Management," you can view:

       -  Your phone number.

       -  Your current plan.

      B. If you are an admin, you can:

       - Manage users (add or make other users admin).

      C. Adding Users
          - Adding more users with the same phone number incurs a $20 fee.
          - If adding users with a different phone number, you will be prompted to enter the new details, and the license fee will depend on your current plan.

      D. Create Contact and Sync Deals Options
           - In the "Create Contact" option:

          - If unchecked, unknown Telegram users who message you will not be saved as HubSpot contacts.   

          - If checked, their information will automatically be saved as contacts.

          - In the "Sync Deals" option:

          - You can sync the conversation of HubSpot contacts to their deals' timeline.

          - Viewing Deals

          - Any deals associated with the contact can be seen in the deals timeline.

          - Click on any of the deals (e.g., 30 pending deals) to view them in detail.

       2. In the "Billing" tab, you can view:

           - Your invoices.

           - The next payment due date.

       3. In the "Subscription Management" tab, you can:

           - Cancel, upgrade, or downgrade user subscriptions.

       4. Help and Support Tab

           - Use this section if you are facing any issues and need to contact customer support.
