“A brand is no longer what we tell the consumer it is — it is what consumers tell each other it is.” – Scott Cook
Digital marketing has the power to turn your company into a brand with a unique voice. Let’s see how!
(The following dialogue is inspired by our Customer Persona Workshop and Suma’s classic dialogue on content writing)
Sir, I attended a succinct webinar on Product Design last night. I guess we’ve found our service provider!
“So webinars are the latest addition to the list of RFP alternatives?”
Actually, I like the way they’re helping diverse communities. I had registered myself through their Email last week.
“People still open random Emails? I wonder what made you click on it.”
The gripping content did. Same goes for their website blog. I already know so much about their work culture.
“And the culture is more important than the pricing?”
No, but the instant connection is. I also found their tweets in my Google search on easy-to-read RFP templates.
“Social Media and SEO – last but not the least?”
It’s more about adding immense value to a prospect even before having an official word.
“You sound more like an evangelist instead of a prospect! Enough of the brand talk then. Let’s get down to business with them.”
